Warranty service and warranty provision for products supplied by SIA IMEI.
To apply for a warranty, fill out the Warranty application and send it to the e-mail address: atbalsts@imeitech.lv . The application will be considered and within two working days, we will send the answer to your e-mail.
The answer will indicate which service center you should contact to receive the warranty.
The product approved for warranty You may sent to the address specified in the warranty application confirmation.
The warranty application number must be indicated on the package.
If the product is not intended before the warranty application is approved or without an application number, the product will be refused acceptance.
When sending the product, it must be complete and in the manufacturer's packaging. If the manufacturer's packaging is not available, the product can also be packed in another packaging suitable for transportation.
Before taking the equipment to the service center for repair, disconnect from active accounts and remove the passwords.
Upon receipt of the product, it will be inspected.
In result of test defect is found, then it will be repaired, exchanged for an equivalent or better one, or a credit bill will be issued, or a refund will be issued.
In result of test defect is not found, a testing invoice of 20 EUR will be issued for the service (without VAT) and the product will be returned.
The warranty process can take up to 30 days from the time service receive the product.
In the event that the product is subjected to mechanical damage or other conditions, on the basis of which warranty service is not provided, then out-of-warranty repair options and deadlines are will be discussed separately.
Products that have been replaced or returned due to warranty rejection will be delivered to the delivery address specified in the warranty application. Delivery costs may occur.
The warranty is not valid in the following cases:
The product was not purchased from www.imeitech.lv ,
The warranty period for the product has expired (the warranty period is determined from the moment of sale of the product, i.e. from the date of issuing the invoice. Warranty periods are indicated on the invoice based on the warranty period specified by the manufacturer),
The product is not delivered in the package specified by the manufacturer,
Mechanical or liquid damage to the product or its packaging is visible,
The product was used without observing the manufacturer's instructions for use,
The product has been repaired or modified by a person who is not a representative of the seller or the manufacturer's authorized service center,
The product has damage to warranty seals, Serial or IMEI numbers,
If the unit is dirty or shows signs of corrosion.
